Tennis for kids

I teach children aged 5 and over, developing their agility, balance, coordination, movement, and racket and ball skills through fun exercises, games and drills. The kids use smaller rackets and play with low-compression balls on courts that are sized according to their age and ability.

My practice of awarding achievement stickers, attitude and effort points as well as player of the week trophies has proved highly motivating: the kids quickly recognise the importance of cooperation, courtesy and fair play during lessons.

I have some experience of teaching children with certain types of disability.
